Church Kneelers at St Clement Danes

record the lives lost by RAF pilots, gunners and others during the Second World War.  Each memorial kneeler was stitched by someone in grief.

The church also contains a set of large, mostly ferocious birds and one of the most enchanting altar rail kneelers in the country showing various exotic animals strolling through groves of oranges and lemons.
