St George’s Chapel
Windsor, Berkshire
St George’s castle chapel was established in the 14th century by King Edward III and received extensive enlargement in the late 15th century. An annual service is held here for the Knights of the Garter.
Its magnificent collection of canvaswork seat cushions and kneelers include heraldic designs and geometric designs.
