Church kneelers at

Holy Trinity Church

Longlevens, Gloucestershire

Church kneelers begin with a fine altar rail kneeler of a vine.  (Had Longlevens been in Wales, this vine would have issued from the mouth of the local dragon – see Llanfilo in Powys.)  Other kneelers represent three of the evangelists, local coats of arms, a great variety of pattterns and symbols of the Trinity.
