This superlative church has superlative kneelers.  A computer disaster means that only a selection has survived on this website.  But you can still admire the magnificent church, the cheery beach huts, the guns lined up against Napoleon and the Sizewell nuclear power station in the distance, catching the sun on its dome.  Angels hold up the roof; the choir sings, and Southwold’s sister parishes are watched over by a protective gull.
