The altar rail kneeler, designed by Cressida Bell and stitched by Jane Lloyd, picks out motifs from the pulpit. The wall paintings here by Duncan Grant, Vanessa Bell and Quentin Bell were commissioned by Bishop Bell during the Second World War.
